school football at Santa Paula High School before
attending California Lutheran College in Thousand Oaks.
Jeff earned All-American honors in 95, 96 and 97. He
holds the Division III All-time career punting average at
43.5 yards per punt. Jeff will give the HEAT a
formidable weapon for Red Zone scoring and for
providing favorable field position for the HEAT team.
